Comité d'action des membres raciaux visibles - Racially Visible Action Committee

To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in 2006, RVAC co-sponsored an event with the Center for Research-Action on Race Relations (CRARR). Race Relations and Diversity Competency in Law Enforcement Special guest: Chief Richard Pennington, President of the U.S. National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and Chief of Police of Atlanta, to Ottawa.
