There was a pre-hearing on the file concerning the Employer's application to the Board to amalgamate seven (7) bargaining units into one (1). All four unions have requested that the employer provide more precise information and supply this information to them by August 31. The unions will meet to discuss the information received at the end of September. There will be a mediation session on October 6 and dates for the hearing have been set for November, January and February. Posted 30-Jun-2006
