What is RSS?

RSS allows you to see when sites from all over the internet have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and articles in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to remember to visit each site every day. In a world overloaded with information, this can be quite handy - it takes the hassle out of staying up-to-date by automatically showing you the latest information you're interested in.There is some debate about what RSS actually stands for, but Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary is generally accepted.
