Notice To Treasurers
Per
Capita Tax (ARTICLE XV, SECTION
2)
A per
capita tax of twenty cents ($0.20) per member per month shall
be paid upon the entire paid up membership of the affiliate.
If you don't pay monthly per capita notices will be sent quarterly
by the Labour Council. Prompt payment is requested.

ARTICLE
IV SECTION 11 OBLIGATION FOR DELEGATES
Any
delegate being absent from three consecutive meetings of the
Council ( as per record having been presented to the Secretary
from the delegate or his or her organization certifying to
the sickness, absence from city, or engagement at work, said
delegate shall forfeit his or her seat and immediate notice
sent to his or her organization by the Secretary requesting
a new credential for the vacant seat. The Secretary shall
also revise the official roll call book and attendance card
file, for accurate use by the Secretary.
The
Labour Council meets on the third Wednesday of each month.
